As you may be aware, Everton Football Club have recently contacted the Keep Everton In Our City campaign via their solicitors with regards to the content on the campaign website.

The club and their solicitors will undoubtedly be keeping a eye on the developments of the website in the future and they may also view this forum, because of this we need to clarify two issues for these forums:

• We do not condone personal ridicule of other forum users, Everton board members or employees.
• We reserve the right to delete or amend any content that we feel is inappropiate for the forums.
