One of the (four) sites that KEIOC have found out about thats being bandied around is that of the old ANSA car storage site in Speke, things have now started to come out into the open regarding that site.
The Benmore Group have begun consultations to have them develop the 50 acre site into a 'centre for family entertainment' for the Liverpool City region.
Interestingly they have yet to say what they intend to do with the shaded area (looks to be at least 30 acres) in the link below!
